How do I find a specific article?

The products are classified into different categories (bed, bathroom, table, living room, etc.) and each category in several subcategories.

Access the subcategory that interests you using the menu on the left and you will can see the products that form it. There are groups of articles where you can choose your measurements, colors and buy those that interest you. You can also use the search engine located at the top of the web page to locate articles.

How do I add an item to the cart?

Once an article has been chosen, the color (if applicable), the size and the quantity must be clicked on the "Add to cart" button so that the item becomes part of our order.

What steps do I have to take to place an order?
  1. Choose the section and within it, the category that interests you.
  2. Click on the item you wish to buy and you will have several pictures of it, its name, reference, description, price, color, available sizes, composition and care.
  3. Select a size and add the item to the cart. Then you can choose between "Continue shopping" or "Process order".
  4. Keep in mind that to process your order you have two options: you can register or you can make the purchase without registering.
  5. If you prefer to register, you will have to enter your personal information, billing address, shipping address and select "Enter".
  6. Choose if you want to pick up your order in one of our stores or receive it at your address and click on "Finish and Pay".
  7. Select a payment method: VISA, MasterCard, PayPal or bank transfer. Enter the information and press "Authorize Payment".
  8. Next, you will receive an email confirming your order.
Do I have access to my bill?

Yes. You can access it in the Orders section of your account when the order has left the warehouse.

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

Can I send an order with a gift ticket?

Yes, you just have to check the Gift Ticket box in your shopping cart. For more information, see the Gift Ticket section.
