Purchasing process

Once you have made your purchase, after choosing your products and completing the checkout process and making your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the indicated address, proof that the purchase was successful.

Orders

Returns & Exchanges

You have two ways:

1.- At the BALAKATA store: come to our store at Calle Juan Bravo 26, 28006-Madrid. You can make a refund or request a change of size or color. You will receive the amount through the same form of payment used in your purchase in an estimated time of 10-14 days, depending on your bank.

2.- On-line: You only have to fill out the form with all the information (order number, change you want ...) and we take care of everything, this would have an additional cost of 5.95 € which will be the collection costs. All changes may be requested within 15 days after that date will not admit the exchange or return of any item purchased through our online store. The items must be in perfect condition, with the label and with the corresponding purchase ticket.

A dealer will deliver your new order or pick up the other at the time you want to return it.
