Where I can get my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose (address, work, etc.-never in a post office box).

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery times depend on the type of shipping selected. For domestic shipments are 2 to 7 business days.

For countries within the European Union the period is between 5 and 16 working days.

During holidays, sales and / or promotions, the delivery time may be longer than usual. Likewise, the situation fostered by the covid-19 must be taken into account, after which there have been delays in some orders and certain destinations have been more affected.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

The shipping cost throughout the peninsula is € 4.90.

The cost for the Balearic Islands is € 10.00.

The cost in the European Union is € 14.90.


Shipping costs are € 4.90. Except for ceramics, shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the order.

Outside the European Union we make orders under budget and if there are derived customs expenses, they will be assumed by the client.

Ceramic is not shipped outside of Spain.

What is the process of home delivery?

After placing the order and having selected the shipping address to the corresponding address, we will send a shipping confirmation email (when your order will leave the warehouse), and the carrier will contact the recipient in the event of no response .

What happens if, when the carrier arrives, I'm not at home?

Our shipping company has an order to do everything possible to deliver your package (2 delivery attempts, telephone you, etc.). If for whatever reason they fail to deliver it or you are not at home, contact our BALAKATA Team by writing to us at hola@balakata.com, or by calling 912 98 03 26, +34 674 790 530 or by writing to us via WhatsApp at 10: 00 a 20: 30h from Monday to Friday, and we will solve it for you

I want to change or return a product, how do I do it?


Remember to print and enclose with your shipment the return ticket (Pdf that you can download in the "order history" - "my returns").

To make the return you have three options:

1. At BALAKATA store: come to our store at Calle Juan Bravo 22, 28006-Madrid, corner with Núñez de Balboa. You can make a return or request a change of size or color. In case of return, you will receive the amount by the same payment method used in your purchase in an estimated time of 1 to 7 days, depending on your bank.

If you have made the purchase using your account on our website: log in with your username and password. From the order details you will be able to request a refund. 
If you have made the purchase as a guest: request the refund from the link that appears in any of the emails we have sent you about your order. "Order history".

3. If you prefer, you only have to send us an email to pedidos@balakata.com with all the data (order number, change you want...) and we will take care of everything organizing the collection of the order, this would have an additional cost of 4.90 € which will be the collection costs. 

You have 31 days from the date you receive the shipping confirmation email of your order to make a return.
Remember that to make any return it is essential that you include inside the package the return ticket. 


The refund will be made in the same form of payment used in your purchase. 

*The items must be in perfect condition and with the label. Once the product arrives at the store we will proceed to the refund.

You will receive confirmation of the return by email once it has been made.

I want to return / change a gift that I have been given

No problem, it is handled just like a normal return / exchange, you must tell us the name of the person who made the purchase and the order number.

You will receive a ticket for the amount of the returned items, this voucher will have an expiration of one year.
