Delivery times depend on the type of shipment selected. For shipments to store and nationals are 2 to 3 business days.
For countries within the European Union, the period is between 5 and 7 working days.
In the period of sales and promotions, the delivery time may be longer than usual.
For shipments to the store, shipping is free.
NATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
The shipping costs are 5.65 €. Except the ceramic that the shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
The shipping costs are 25 euros. If there are customs duties derived, they will be assumed by the client. Ceramic is not shipped outside of Spain.

If you have chosen delivery at home, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order is going to leave the warehouse), the carrier will contact you if there is no response.
In case you have chosen the delivery in store, we will inform you of the arrival of the merchandise through an SMS or we will call you. It is necessary to present the order number and the DNI of the person who will pick it up.
Our shipping company is ordered to do everything possible to deliver your package (2 delivery attempts,call you by phone etc). You have two ways:
1.- At the BALAKATA store: come to our store at Juan Bravo 26 street, 28006-Madrid. You can make a refund or request a change of size or color. You will receive the amount through the same form of payment used in your purchase in an estimated time of 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
2.- On-line: You only have to fill out the form with all the information (order number, change you want...) and we will take care of everything, this would have an additional cost of 5.95 € which will be the collection costs. All changes can be requested within a period of 31 days after that date will not admit the exchange or return of any item purchased through our online store. The items must be in perfect condition, with the label and with the corresponding purchase ticket.
A dealer will deliver your new order or pick up the other at the time you want to return it.
